A Room
with a View

The first picture here is the view from my own terrace.... or at least it was in 1998 when I first moved in. The island in the distance is Hydra. Scroll down to see the same view in 2011!

I shouldn't complain... I mean it's not as if someone built a big house in front of my view. And I do still have a sea view (from the other windows anyway).

In a small town on a small island, it's hard to escape the sea. Even if you don't actually have a great view from your house, you only have to walk a few metres one way or another to see the sea.
